I have been a long time customer at Walgreens and constantly used their pharmacy services but within the last 6 months the service has been absolutely atrocious. I can't even count the number of times I've come to pick up my prescriptions and they are not ready, incomplete fills or filled too early and I'm stuck making unnecessary calls to my insurance to have the fill reversed. Shout out to Walgreens for having awesome pharmacists. When I had a change in insurance, they were kind enough to send my prescription to CVS so it would be ready for when I got off work! � you guys are a blessing � thank you!!!
Please hire more pharmacy staff to keep the indoor and drive-thru requests moving! Most WAGS stores take ~15 minutes to fill a script, but you will be looking at 2+hours here!
95℅ of my visits to the Walgreens pharmacy end in utter frustration. There is no regard for customer service and littke communication. Today was the final straw and I'm done sending my scripts here. Will find another store that has better service and cares about my business.

Very pleased with every experience I've had here. The readhead in the pharmacy was very nice. She helped make my experience there better than what I have had at the surrounding pharmacys.
