I do not recommend Walgreens Parkville Mo pharmacy. Horrible.
Over the last year or so the service at Walgreens has gotten so slow and at times the pharmacy techs so rude that I am ready to switch to a different provider. I have now tried three different locations and have had to consistently wait in line 20-30 minutes just to pick up prescriptions that have already been filled.
Pharmacy slow as hell. Drive thru is the worst. Need better management
I usually have no issues, but tonight, I'd to the thank the two employees standing right outside the front doors for giving me a huge wiff of your cigarette smoke. There has to be a better place for you to smoke, instead of by the front door....
The staff lead totally made my night. I needed some photos printed for my parents 40th wedding anniversary tomorrow and even though their store was almost completely out of paper, he was able to print my photos. Thank you so much!!!
Absolutely terrible management. I ordered pictures. When I came to pick them up they couldn't find. A "lead" named Jamie came over and said the order was cancelled in their system even though my order didn't show anything on my side. She said it didn't matter what my receipt said. It was online and she couldn't do anything about it. She was very unhelpful and unapologetic. This pharmacy is seriously so insanely slow. I sit in the drive thru for no less than 20 minutes every single time. I dread going there. I only do because our insurance changed from CVS to Walgreens. Love CVS. My kids say Walgreens is the worst place ever because they take so long. I can't disagree.
