The Walgreen's I go to where I spend lots of money, the lady who took my call is so RUDE and does not sound like she loves her job.
I have been on hold with the pharmacy for 45 mins. At this point it doesn't even say there are callers ahead of me. It rings & then someone places me back on hold. Pretty ridiculous.
If there was a minus star I would choose. I will never go to a Walgreens for a prescription again. To have to go to 3 different Walgreens only to be sent to one miles away and then getting a partial on a prescription and not told till I got there. Getting a phone call at home promising it would be ready 5.days later...going in and there is no record. Service stinks. CVS....you have a new friend.
My Brother came to buy medicine because he was really sick but he was underage. I understand not allowing him to buy the medicine. So I go cause he called me cause they didn't let him buy it. I get there to buy him the medicine but didn't allow me to buy the medicine. They didn't let me because he tried to buy it before. I'm well over the age and I have parental rights over my brother.
