New or refilled prescriptions are not ready on time. When called to see if they are ready I'm told the next day at a Pacific time and when I Arrive it's not even been started. Making me have to make another trip unnecessarily. People are rude, short, and never have enough staff. I have been the third car in line and it's twenty minutes before I pull up to the window for help.
Slow.... Just 20 minutes more when you try to get an answer about when the meds will be ready...
This pharmacy consistently makes mistakes on my online refill requests. Using incorrect address, shelving instead of mailing, saying I have to pick up & pay when I have full coverage. One clerk said a med was not in my file because she didn't recognize its generic name! I'm looking for a new pharmacy & judging by the clerk's flippant attitudes they won't care.
