This place is very messed up...and I do mean VERY messed up. I call to get my diabetic insulin filled. I am on the phone with the so called pharmacist on duty...I go through 2 hours of going back and forth with her because my insurance had to approve it...2 hours later I FINALLY get it approved and the lady says "sorry we dont have it in right now, you can either wait til MONDAY or you can go down to Euclid in San Diego and get it there"...I told her I did not have a car and I did not have money to go on a bus and then troll... read more
OMG I cant believe your pharmacy in EL CAJON on N SECOND.....are they NOT trained? I have had to deal getting hung up on after being on hold for an HOUR...then you get a guy on the phone who speaks heavy arabic and he keeps asking the SAME thing ...then when you tell him what you need he asks for your last name again,,you tell him then he says what do you need..its like I JUST TOLD YOU..he says yes I dont remember..so you tell him again. then he asks you to SPELL your first and last name...so you do that AGAIN..he still cant... read more
This Walgreens is awful! The pharmacy is the worst. The lines at the drive thru area is completely ridiculous. Why have two lanes if you only have one employee (who can’t multi task - obviously) trying to help both lanes. Every single month Walgreens messes up my RX. One moth they shorted me 10 pills! And apparently the pharmacist and the tech both counted? I don’t see how they passed pharm school if they can’t even count up to 120! I would definitely NEVER recommend this Walgreens!!! Everytime my script is called in by my Dr they have it ready. If I have refills available I just call them, let them know when I will be in and when I go pick up my med its ready. The longest I've ever had to wait is 10 min, no problem. I'd rather they get my script correct then make mistakes. Staff is always polite and courteous.
Always had great service. Never had any issues.
