spent 20 mins in line for 1st Shingris shot. Then 10 min with clerk filling out the info needed. After that waited 45 min before the pharmacist came to get us for the shot. While waiting a number of people had gone online to schedule flu shots only to be told (after waiting in line) that they had no shots available & to call back Thursday. They were obviosly upset. Only 1 clerk at the window & no signs (which could have saved them the waut) to say they had no flu shots available. Very poorly managed store. will avoid in the ... read more

I just spent 24 minutes and 15 seconds on the phone listening to a recorded message every 30 seconds telling me to hold on. seriously? it's time for a new pharmacy!

They are very polite but extremely slow! The location is very convenient but their competence is not.
