I have bronchitis and really don't feel in the greatest of moods. I went straight from the doctor to your pharmacy for my medications. I'm sure I looked like Grumpy Cat if he had a cough and blonde hair. Anyway, I must have passed 5 Walgreen employees from the cashier to the pharmacist to the shelf stocker and every single one of them made eye contact, smiled and asked if I needed help-not in a scripted way, but a genuine thoughtfulness.
