I just waited over an hour, on a quiet night, for a prescription. This is becoming a consistent experience at this store. This used to be a great store. What have you done to it? After the hour, I went back to the counter and asked about the status of my order. I was simply told "it was ready". I had to request an apology for the lousy service.
