I’ve called three times today to get my prescription transferred and each time no one could give me any jnformtation on why it had not been transferred yet. I called at 9am, 3pm, and 8:45pm with no information given to me. Now the pharmacy I was transferring from is closed and I have to go 24 hours with no insulin. Worst experience ever! I do not recommend! My current blood sugar due to lack of insulin currently.

IF THE NEW MANAGER ACTUALLY TRAINED HER STAFF AND DID HER JOB THIS STORE WOULD BE BETTER. HOWEVER AFTER 3 MONTHS OF PURE HELL. MY SCRIPTS THAT NEED REFILLS DON'T GET DONE ON TIME. THEY DON'T REFILL ON THEM. THEY REFUSE TO CALL THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND GET THE SCRIPT FILLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THIS STORE HAS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAS COME INTO THIS STORE. I always have problems at this Walgreens. Today's problem consisted of them not being able to find my daughter's medication because the overnight crew made it and apparently didn't put it where it should have gone.
As a patient and a prescriber, the worst pharmacy hands down I've ever had to deal with.
