I called last week to inquiry the price of a prescription I was previously purchasing online and was told it would be $39 instead of the $45 I was paying online. I called my doctor's office had them fill the prescription and waited for it to come in. I went to the pharmacy today only to tell me they don't know where I got $39 from. When I tried to call I could hear the man on the phone sighing and he sounded very annoyed. I just wasted my and my doctor's time. I will not use this pharmacy again.

I went to get my prescription for insulin on Thursday the young lady told me she will call to see able why my prescription is not going thru. Its Saturday and I am without insulin now. I was given a Inside rx card to help pay for my meds and was told I can not use it with my Medicaid. I said well if Medicaid is rejecting it then clearly its not going to get paid unless I use this right. My home away from home. The pharmacy takes good care of me. I love the 24 hour operation. It’s getting a bit dicey with clientele. Noticed a security guard.

Walgreens has always come through for me. Over 20 years of almost daily patronage. The pharmacy can’t be beat.

The pharmacy has severe attitude when calling to critique them about not calling you when there is a delay on a refill, even when there phone system says they will call. Now 22 hours after the call in they don't have the refill and never tried calling me, there response is you have to go there and check on it manually.

So Facebook wants me to write a review about my trip to Walgreens on 117th ok here it is; Well I went to Walgreens on 117th several times and these are my thoughts. Thank you very much to staff there at Walgreen's that helped my daughter this morning when her car broke down on her way to class! She needed to use a phone to call home for help and was turned away by numerous people on the street AND the pizza hut as well! Thank you Walgreen's for caring and helping! Another reason your store will continue to have our business!
