Do yourself a favor and go to CVS. Tonight we were met by staff that is not only incompetent, but rude and condescending as well. She didn’t even know how an HRA works. She just stood there smiling in a patronizing way and saying there is nothing she could do. When my husband showed her the number she was supposed to call, she refused. This has got to be the SLOWEST Pharmacy in the entire city! Located in the Medical Center, it probably gets a lot of business from the hospitals. I think they should do away with half of their "convenience store" type items and enlarge the actual pharmacy. That's what most of us are there for; FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS. If I want a bag of chips or a candy bar, I will go to the gas station or to Wal Mart.
The drive thru is for pick up, maybe a five minute transaction at most. The car in front of me was there when I pulled up and took 20 minutes to leave the window. That's not right and the people working in the pharmacy don't care. They forget folks aren't feeling good. I would love to catch one of them on a day they feel bad and put them through the ringer.
They give out free coupons and when you visit the store for pickup, they make you pay for them. The answer given by them "Limit one per household". My friend went in to pick up my copy and also his. Remove the option of "friend pickup" if you want to treat customers this way. Never gong here again.

The way this lady was treated does not say anything good for Walgreens. I can assure you that the corporate office will be made aware of this. And also; there are security cameras there that don't lie! This person does not need to serve the public in a professional capacity. And I'll also make sure a DEA audit is in that locations future. This is beyond anything I've ever heard.
