RecommendedReal recognize real some of the realest I’ve met to date
Very unfavorable experience! Dropped off Rx last night & weren’t filled. They supposedly didn’t scan it in when I personally saw the tech do it right in front of me! Then they didn’t have the Tamiflu which my daughter needed it because she has the flu!!! Then still had to wait another 30 minutes so they could fill the Rx! Very unprofessional & bad customer service!
Omg I gave to say they went above and beyond to help me get my daughter's prescription, which insurance is under my ex insurance and well my ex is still in hospital and can't give information to pharmacy! but Thank goodness these folks knew how to handle it! thank you Walgreens...
I was there waiting for a prescription and an individual was cursing in front of other costumers. I asked him to stop but he became belligerent and increased his vulgarity. When I asked for a manager she told me he had freedom of speech. So I guess when someone is offended by offensive language they need to leave because WALGREENS condones such behavior!!!
The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians were talking loud about a customer calling her Crazy while she was In The drive thru. They are very unprofessional and rude. I would fire them on the spot but by the looks of these commuter company doesn’t care
I really enjoy coming to this location, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. There's another location closer to where I live, but I prefer this one.
There is one lady on the pharmacy staff who was very helpful. She was able to find my most recent insurance info when another staff member couldn't find it
VERY VERY VERY VERY Bad customer service. Both the management and the pharmacist have little to no interest in providing for their customers as my wife was met with several rude employees who could not assist her in filling a prescription. I hope someone at the district and/or corporate level is taking note of how poorly this store and its team are doing. I will not be doing any more business here and I will be encouraging other to do the same.
