Awful staff member who didn’t help me but gladly assisted someone else .. I will never ever patronize this Walgreens again and I’ll tell all my co- workers at rush hospital to go somewhere else !
RecommendedThe cashier by the name of Will is the reason why I continue to patronize this location (Store #11760 on 811 Madison Street in Oak Park, IL). Between the long lines and losing my filled prescription this is by far the mostly inept pharmacy staff so far. This time not only were they trying to fill the medication that I'm no longer taking which told on first call to have to tell again on my second call as well. After being given the runaround no one knows why a week later I still don't have my prescriptions. Definitely moving on to somewhere else. Pharmacy is awful. Long, long, long waits. Switching
Total shit hole! My doctor called in 2 prescriptions today at 1:30. I go thru the drive through at 2:30 only one filled. Okay... I will come back. How long until its filled? Give us an hour and a half. I come back 5 hours later still not filled. It took me 50 minutes to get through the drive thru line. They wanted me to come back tomorrow when I have PNEUMONIA! Um no. Thats unacceptable. This place is ran by a bunch of yahoos. The manager should be ashamed and should be FIRED. They need to get this store together.
I have never been treated so horrible. At the end of my visit, I felt like a victim because someone at the store had made a mistake.
The Walgreens it's self is great the Pharmacy however is not so great. I'd give a long reason why but I already waisted enough time dealing with the Pharmacy staff.
