Even on Thanksgiving the pharmacy service was fast and friendly!
The only pharmacy open on New Years Day should be able to handle their business in a timely manner. The drive thru was 11 cars deep at one point and took 30 minutes to get through with one person working the window who seemed to be in no hurry whatsoever to get patients through the line. The first time through, I found out that my son’s Rx that was due 2+ hrs. earlier hadn’t been processed yet. The second one they told me was out. I got out of line, waited, then got back in line. I've been here for over 40 minutes. Stood in line 20 minutes for them to tell my my prescription was not ready. Now been sitting here another 20 while the line continues to grow. They said they will call me when it is ready. Somehow I'm thinking they forgot. Anyone want to take bets on how long it takes? Will my kids still be awake when I get home?!?
The pharmacy is ridiculously slow! If someone has to wait for something, don't make the whole line wait! I just need a pickup that shouldn't take more than 2 minutes! This happens all the time. Every time I pick up a prescription it takes me 30mins.
