They are the most rude, flip, nasty, ignorant, unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. After calling in a refill and getting a text that it is ready for pick up, once I got there it wasn’t even on file. They offered no help, but plenty of excuses and the issue became mine to fix. I will never go back to this pharmacy, there are others I can go to just as easily. Also, called their Corp office, on hold for more then 20 minutes, no one ever came to the phone. Very very poor service.

RecommendedGood attention, always willing to fulfill our needs in these trying times. I was there today, and could not help but notice that people engage in small conversation with the cashiers. Would it be too rude to post a sign requesting the customers to refrain from unnecessary talking? It is not possible to keep six feet from the cashier and every customer might be exposing him/her to the virus. Be mindful everybody!
If I did my job like this I’d be fired. These people in the pharmacy are pathetic.
Incompetent, unprofessional, it only took six hours and 35 miles to fill two prescriptions not to mention six phone calls and waiting a total of nearly 20 minutes in line
The lines are insane! They are extremely understaffed! Their phone wait times are outrageous! They overcharged me on a prescription 3 weeks ago. I brought this to the attention of the pharmacist on duty who told me I’ll get a call within 24 hours to rectify. Still have not heard from anyone.
They gave my wife someone else's meds with a name and address so far from hers it could not have been just picking up the wrong bag.
So this happened. I used to always check my medications carefully when I got them, but I have been lax about it lately. I refilled a 90 day prescription about 2.5 months ago, and take it daily. I just looked at the bottle and realized it is not my prescription. I initially freaked - who knows what I have been taking. Thankfully, I checked the meds, and it is what I am supposed to be taking, it is the right meds. I just got someone else's prescription. Scary. Shame on Walgreens. Really could have been a disaster.
