Ok so since I can't figure out how to post on Walgreens FB what I can't seem to understand is you close down two Walgreens stores within a mile of each other Peel Avenue and Michigan Avenue you open a huge mega Walgreens on Curry Ford and Conway Road but don't get your DEA license so you've run out of medicines and now you have thousands of people who can't fill their prescriptions and Walgreens as a company does not give a crap or have the other stores helping to pick up the slack WTF it's wrong it's unfair and it's really ... read more
Terrible customer service. Cashiers need training with giving correct change.
I hate the fact that Walgreens got greedy this year and cornered the prescription pill marker with Florida Blue, universal, etc. they are overwhelmed and customers are waiting rediculous amounts of time because Walgreens can't handle all the new business. I thought it would get better since its been 4 months but I'm having to wait 4 hours for an antibiotic!!! I'm so sick and I have to wait until after dark when it's dangerous to drive!!! I've called and they DO NOT CARE
Just too slow!!! I only switched to this store because my insurance forced me to. Previously at Target, then at CVS now had to switch to Walgreens. Getting refills isn't too bad yet, but new?? Different story! Yesterday I saw my dentist and had to get some antibiotics. Took the script to Walgreens. Was told it would be ready by 7:04pm. At 7:30 I was still waiting. Asked why it was taking so long. They looked, found it, and filled the order. But how long would I have waited if I didn't speak up?! They need to find a way to sp... read more
I have always, so far, had good experiences in Walgreens. I have to say though, that when you walk in and the clerks say "Hello, welcome to Walgreens", it seems to come out as very insincere because it is very automated, almost robot like in its delivery. I guess it is a requirement for employees to say it because you get hit with it several times throughout the store. It seems to me to be overkill.
