25 minute wait at drive through window at 1:30pm on Tuesday. Both people working there were new and it made the process extra slow.
The employees, especially George and Mahesh, went WAY above and beyond to help me to get Pfizer to honor their coupon. I am one happy customer!
This store would be a five if not for the new automated system. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and helpful They all know me by name. I usu them even though they are not my insurance's preferred pharmacy. It used to be a breeze to order a refill. Now, however they have a new automated system. The extremely annoying voice grates, and it NEVER understands, even a simple "ye" or "no" response. It may well drive me to change pharmacies after many years.
