These people are such miserable souls who are incapable of being respectful or kind. They have made caring for my son nearly impossible and this is the type of thing that clearly brings joy to their miserable little hearts. The supplies are continuously wrong and low quality and don’t bother calling with even the most basic questions as you will be treated with such unbelievable hostility for daring to even dial their number. I recommend using any other resource for medical supplies if you are able to.

Because of complications in trying to have my infusion out of state, I had to have my infusion rescheduled in Wisconsin. All the members of the team facilitated in keeping me on my prescribed schedule and protectng my transplanted kidney. Thanks to all.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Option Care in Wauwatosa. Kristen was the Option Care pharmacist who managed my husband's complicated and challenging 10+ week IV antibiotic therapy. She went above and beyond from day one, communicating with us and the multiple health care providers involved in my husband's care.
