These people are such miserable souls who are incapable of being respectful or kind. They have made caring for my son nearly impossible and this is the type of thing that clearly brings joy to their miserable little hearts. The supplies are continuously wrong and low quality and don’t even bother calling with the most basic questions as you will be treated with such unbelievable hostility for daring to even dial their number. They are amazing and take great care of you. The only complaint is with others that are there. Remember you inside voice, I should be able to rest while you are there.

Because of complications in trying to have my infusion out of state, I had to have my infusion rescheduled in Wisconsin. All the members of the team facilitated in keeping me on my prescribed schedule and protectng my transplanted kidney. Thanks to all.
