I just left my mother's doctor appointment because she has Influenza B. I was not able to be seen by my regular physician, so I scheduled an appointment for 1:50 PM at this Walgreen's clinic. I was really hesitant due to so many bad reviews. However, I was desperate! I approached Ms. Chi Do while helping another patient sign in. Will never come back to this clinic, to any clinic for that matter! I went to see this "doctor" to see if she could help with a cyst on my ear... well, I understand they can't drain those there.. but to claim that the itchiness, redness and swelling has nothing to do with an infection... wow, that was low (I'm not a doctor but I've had this same thing in the past) - Better go with your regular doctor. Ah! and thanks for canceling this visit and not charging me a dime!
The nurse practitioner is too business like...acted like I came here for no reason. My freaking ear hurt and I told her I get this every year.at this time.sinusitis! Just witnessed nurse practitioner being rude to two elderly ppl wanting flu shots and her response was hurry up sign in or make an appt.!
The nurse practitioner was great. No wait time if you make an online appointment. Prescriptions are filled right away.
