Waiter 40 minutes for one of the doctors to figure out if they would prescribe me antibiotics. They were waiting on a text. The text never came. Waste of time.
I was told by my primary that they had no appointments available. To go to urgent care. I was called by Cigna's customer service to tell me that I can go to Walgreen's clinic. I was so happy with this service. The nurse practitioner was so professional, and very complete. Better service than I get from my primary doctor! I was very happy. Plus I received a follow up call to see how I was doing. Again, I don't get that from my primary doctor.
I’ve gone to these Heath clinics at different locations, this would have been my first time using this location. Nurse practitioner was rude when I pulled my insurance card up on my phone and told me I can reschedule after I go see the photography to print my insurance card something I have never had to do at any other location. Was not friendly at all. Will never visit this location again
$30 bucks to tell my pregnant wife she has some mild nasal congestion. The reason we went in there is because we already knew that. Asked to receive Whooping Cough shot prescriped by doctor and we needed to come back. Waste of time and money.
