Nurse Practitioner here is extremely unprofessional and should find a new field. She prescribed me a medication for my eczema that I repeatedly told her contained ingredients I was allergic to, and didn't follow up when I reported this to her superiors, who said she'd be in contact. Belle Tiu was extremely unhelpful. I was 3 minutes late and she refused to see me. She had no one there but I guess she couldn’t be 3 minutes behind to take lunch. We must have talked for another 5 minutes - she could have seen me. Whatever kind of rule this is, it’s ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be letting Walgreen’s and Yelp know as well. Unacceptable.
Made an appointment for 10:30 online for my son who is sick. Confirmed. Arrived before 10:30, re-entered ALL the information on the kiosk to "sign-in". a patient came out after 10:30; great we're next. NP didn't come out to check. Then she came out on her phone and went back in. At 11:00 she came out and called someone else (who had just arrived), looked at us, and went back in. Zero stars for automation and customer service. Don't really know about "care", as we didn't get any.
I went in this morning with a horrible sore throat that won't go away! Saw the nurse practitioner who was knowledgeable and offered information on OTC meds as well as gave a prescription just in case the OTC meds didn't work. I spent close to an hour with her and she did a very thorough check even more so then my own PCP normally does! My prescription was ready at the pharmacy within minutes. Great place and a knowledgeable, caring provider. I'll be back!
Is it even legal to accuse someone of stealing when its the business thats paranoid? They just press a button and it announces over the intercom "Security to camera" then the girl stares straight at me insinuating with her body language and just plain giving herself away that shes obviously pressed the button for me. I am offended, HELLO I dont steal. Go bother someone else, I will avoid walgreens like a plague. Who appreciates being treated like that? No one!
