Absolutely worthless. You’re better off getting help from a homeless person. Customer service is a joke. The overweight “ Doctor” paid no attention to me as I waited. WORTHLESS. WILL NEVER GO BACK
Be warned they cant do TB tests with cigna insurance. Also, many vaccinations you can do at the pharmacy. Neither of which I was told about over the phone. Made an appointment over the phone and the woman, while very nice, made the appointment for the location on evans after telling me she made it for this location. I read her the full address and everything. Waited around for 40 minutes because of the mistake just to find out my insurance doesn't allow the service I booked. They advertise walk- in health clinic appointments, when they do NOT offer that option even with time between scheduled appointments. The older male doctor was 15 minutes late in the morning, was running around being extremely loud and un-compassionate about me trying to be seen without an appointment. I was extremely ill and he wanted nothing to do with me. I do NOT recommend this place. Save yourself some time and go to the Urgent Care.
I easily made an appointment over the phone, went to the location to sign in and was promptly seen on time. The doctor was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. I picked up the meds i needed 10 minutes later. Very easy process
Just an FYI, as of 1/26/2018, they are out of the flu shot
