I had a bad experience at the pharmacy, with the Pharmacy Manager, who had an attitude with me for asking to clarify an issue with my refill. Why work in customer service if you can easily get irritated and overwhelmed by someone asking to clarify a situation. If you can’t work under pressure choose a different field. She acted as if I didn’t have a right to ask questions about my prescriptions and was easily bothered, which is weird because I swear that was part of a job duties.
