Pharmacy will not fill approved 90 day supply on prescriptions. Long holds when calling pharmacy. Constant turnover of employees that seem to be just learning procedures. I never leave pharmacy without having some kind of problem. Too many cars are allowed to sit while prescription is being filled. Drive-thru should be pick-up only. Lines are usually long.
Other than being open late, this pharmacy is the worst. I’ve come in after being called that a prescription is ready only to be told they don’t have any record of it. Of course that’s after waiting in the 15-30 minute long line that always exists. Last time that happened I called back to confirm, the automated message confirmed, then had to wait at the line inside to get to someone else who apparently could work their own system better and filled the prescription without issue. La peor farmacia uno les entrega la receta y la hacen hasta que se les da la regalada gana y luego las personas que atienden contestan de mala gana .
This specific Walgreens pharmacy location has more staff than any other location I've been to, in SEVERAL different states, yet it takes them way longer for any scripts to get filled if you dont wait in store. I mean several DAYS to a week, not hours! And they do NOT like when patients come in to "wait" for scripts. They have caught attitude with me several times telling me "there's a reason for the text and call notifications we give" and repeatedly ask if I'd like to return when I receive those calls/texts.
