Called them and they as put on hold for 20 min and never picked back up. Then waited in line for 30 min to transfer prescription. Was told they couldn’t help that the other pharmacy would have to call it in. Then called the other pharmacy, and they said that Walgreens would have to call it in. Then went straight to a manager because neither pharmacy will call each other at this point. He was nice, but I’ve now been waiting over an hour to simply transfer my prescription. Pharmacy staff is so rude. I had to make them acknowledge me and speak. This is my last time using them. Too many options out there for staff to be indifferent.
The pharmacy staff were rude and making fun of another customer by gagging and laughing at them. By pharmacy staff the pharmacist was the one that started the rude comments

I went thru drive thru and gave her 2 different prescriptions....2 different people. My daughter asked how long the wait was and the pharmacy tech said 30 mins. Daughter asked if that was for both people and she said yes. We go back and they called our last name. My daughters rx was ready and no clue about mine. When it finally was filled, i N.Y. syrance didn't cover 1 of them. I will say the girl running the register was trying to be helpful. Walgreens called me this morning and she was very helpful. Left doctors office came directly to the pharmacy. I waited 30 minutes before I was told they didn't have my Rx. I went home disgusted and sick 😷 and waited for my fiancé. We went to Walmart and was done in 15 minutes. Guess who gets MY business from now on!
They r to slow when u go get Ur medicine fill. I waited 2 hours yesterday to get my meds. Its ridiculous
Took to long filling prescription had husband in truck just had out patient surgery
