Apparently too busy to even pay attention to prescriptions needing to be filled, or (from witnessing them saying it was "way too high") even prescription dosage. They are constantly busy with long car and in-store lines to actually check medication. Half of the workers aren't friendly and caring, some of them are but sadly they dont seem to last long... Costumer service is always mediocre at best here, but today had someone new at the drive thru window.. some brown hair young girl who looked about 20. Very unkind and condescending. I hope everyone in customer service and those working in the pharmacy read this message as a reminder that some people picking up meds in that drive thru may have very well had one of the worst days of their life. Seems as though my prescriptions are either refilled automatically too soon (when not needed) or delayed (when needed immediately). My GP called in a prescription refill Friday before 9am, but I'm told it won't be ready until Monday. At least once before I had the same problem (with a more urgent medication) and went to a different Walgreen's to get it filled the same day. I have had consistent negative experiences at this Walgreens location. Prescriptions have taken up to 10 days to fill, employees share inconsistent explanations for unfulfilled delivery orders, and employees openly suggest I shop at Publix instead for a better experience.
