Great experience all around! Dr Thomas is very knowledgeable answered all my questions was attentive, personable and kind. All of the staff were great as well very helpful and kind with great personalities. Office is clean and efficiently run. I highly recommend them!

I have been a loyal patient at Walesby Vision Center since I was 10 years old, even going through their vision therapy program as a child. Because of that decades-long history, I am incredibly disappointed by how I was treated today. Last week, I called to check on my prescription. Gina told me it was valid until 2026 and emailed it over so I could order new glasses. This was my first visit with Walesby Vision Center, and it won't be my last! The office technicians were amazing! Dr. Nick conducted one of the most extensive exams I have had, and answered all my questions in depth with genuine care and concern! I will be a return patient for all my optical needs!
