Very bad experience. Irresponsible doctor. Results ready for a week and no one informed me. The front desk staff also lacked empathy and understanding. I asked again and again for my 7 months baby’s results and they say I have to go back to the clinic tomorrow otherwise I won’t see the results. As a medical clinic, I truly hope you can be more professional and show more empathy. If it were your own family member who was unwell, I believe you wouldn’t want them to be treated the same way.
Very poor customer, service, reception are so bad, not even recommending to anyone.
Booked in for 4.20 pm , waited 45 minutes before asking how much longer’ a they said 3 more people ahead in front of you. That’s it walked out and never going back .
