I purchased my vehicle from Waldrop Motors a year ago. Today, the transmission of that vehicle is now slipping. I have messaged them and continue to get no response. I didn’t ask them to pay for anything, just wanted answers. I will NEVER use Waldrop Motors again, nor will I recommend anyone to do so.
By far the best buying experience ever. Ricky and Ron were both great. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased there and both times I couldn't have asked for anything more. Ron thank you for letting me be fickle and helping us get the car I really wanted. God bless you guys.
My boyfriend filled out a application at home and we drove all the way to Jasper. The sales rep called him on the way to the dealership and we told him we were on the way and when we got there the sales rep told him there was nothing he could do for us and didn’t even try to sell him anything at all! First of all I’m pretty sure he knew he couldn’t do anything for us when he called us could of told us over the phone and second of all how did he know if we had any money or not?! Today I experienced the most enjoyable car purchasing experience of my life! Ron Green is a gem! Not only did he help me get the perfect vehicle for me, he invited me to his church and spoke life into me. Awesome experience!
They were great with us. I found a car and Ron got it worked out for us. We got a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer that looks brand new. He was patient with me. We will be going back soon with our daughter. Thank you so much Waldrop Motor.

Up until today I would have recommended them to anyone and had told a Lot of people to go talk to them but not any more. I bought a 2011 SUV from them the end of June and I've had to take it back at least 5 times. The last time they told me if you have any more problems with the a.c. just bring it back again. Well I did that today and I still have no a.c. this is a problem I have had since day 1. They promised to fix it but now they won't.
