Very good when they are here, their people are very courteous and very nice. But my landlord has had them coming for years and every year they come less and less. They are supposed to be coming by I believe once or twice a month and they come by once or twice every 3 months now and they don't even come into the backyard. Would give 0 if I could unfortunately. It started well when we were requesting new installations - work was done timely and of good quality. Beyond that maintenance has been poor but most importantly there is even poorer customer service, communication and disorganized practices. Maintenance is mow and blow - We had several mature trees die because they were not attended to (e.g. trimming suckers, fungi, poor irrigation), our lawn was cut but left overgrown with weeds. Approximately 30 years with this service. Always reliable. Back and front yards always look great and manicured. Yard guys are respectful and follow directions
