Would give 0 if I could unfortunately. It started well when we were requesting new installations - work was done timely and of good quality. Beyond that maintenance has been poor but most importantly there is even poorer customer service, communication and disorganized practices. Maintenance is mow and blow - We had several mature trees die because they were not attended to (e.g. trimming suckers, fungi, poor irrigation), our lawn was cut but left overgrown with weeds.
