I recently took my son who is 4 years old to his appointment with Dr. Karim and we had an extraordinary visit. First of all, the wait time was less than 5 minutes and the staff was very pleasant! We set up our next appointment conveniently while we waited for the dentist and the assistant answered the questions/concerns that I had. Dr. Karim is an awesome and energetic dentist, as he was very engaging which made my son feel so much at ease while he was getting his teeth evaluated. We got to our appointment about 10 minutes early and taken back quickly. They began working immediately. They asked me questions and gave feedback from the exam immediately.
Excellent experience everytime. We love Dr. Aguto and his staff!
My children have been patients for 8+ years. They never complain about visits to the dentist and are always excited about the goodies they receive after. Great care is taken to make sure the parents and patients understand the procedure, (clearing, X-ray, filling, etc), and feel comfortable with the dentist, assistants and treatments. Staff members are always professional and welcoming.
My daughter loves going to We Make Kids Smile. She is even thinking about becoming a dentist. Thanks for the great experience.
My younger daughter loves coming to the dentist now. She enjoys looking at the bird and receiving the token at the end of her visit. The entire staff has been extremely courteous.
They made my 4 year old's first visit to the dentist a success. The waiting area is visually pleasing and inviting. My son felt at ease and comfortable right away. Very friendly and professional staff and the entire clinic was child-friendly.
