I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in May 2026, and the experience was incredible. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to be given an early check-in. Even more impressive, we were upgraded to a suite. I don’t have Hilton status, so this was an incredible gesture and something we truly appreciated. If you're looking for a quiet stay, avoid this hotel. There's a massive construction project right next door, and the city permits overnight work, so the noise continues throughout the night. Unless you're an exceptionally heavy sleeper, rooms facing the Santa Monica side of the hotel are virtually impossible to sleep in. The construction takes place every night, weekend including, so don't expect a peaceful night's sleep.

From the moment we drove up to the hotel until the day we checked out, everything was simply perfect. We received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Although our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, the staff handled the situation professionally by suggesting great alternatives while we waited.
