1 star service. For a very valuable night stay, this is what you can expect and also expect the staff to not do anything to make up for the issues you experience. Toilet does not properly flush toilet paper. The bathroom vent was very dirty, looking like no one had cleaned it in quite a while. The bath tub overflow drain was very filthy. We have stayed at multiple Waldorf locations and always speak to highly of their service. The Beverly Hills location service IS NOT that. This was the worse customer service experience we have had at a hotel. We stayed here for 4 days, paying over $5k to be treated with extremely rude team. We were shocked at how in deferent and rude the guest services were. First night we were told dinner service is till 10:30 by main restaurant when we were seated at 9:30. The Astoria is absolutely amazing the beautiful palace place has a staff of employees that truly capture customer service,ediquett ,attentiveness and concierge is the Number 1. Fabulous place just so inviting and relaxing.
