During my stay at the hotel, I experienced several issues that I believe should be formally reported. The air conditioning unit in my room was damaged and made a constant, loud noise, which significantly affected my comfort and ability to rest. I was also very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the management team. The managers and general managers appeared to have a very dismissive attitude toward guests and did not seem genuinely interested in addressing or resolving customer concerns. Racism. This is not a hotel for the Latino community, nor is it a hotel for professionals. The General Manager acts as if she owns the hotel. You cannot have fun at this hotel; you cannot do absolutely anything. All they care about is charging you money. The lounge charges guests without authorization, and they also charge fees for service dogs, which is extremely concerning and potentially illegal.
