Jermaine (the bellhop) has been excellent every single time I have been there. Either he is at the Waldorf or at The Candler. He is kind, greets guests and does everything he possibly can to facility the stay! Thank you for always having a warm smile and spirit!
This was easily the best customer service that I have ever received, from start to finish. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and courteous while we were here. From the staff at the front desk that went as far as helping me open the elevator while I was holding my coffees, to the gentleman that gave me a tour of the sauna/spa area, they were all fantastic. Thank you for making this a memorable stay!
The most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. They had a bed, bowls and a bottle of water waiting for my baby when we arrived. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating - even brought her her own bowl of scrambled eggs for breakfast. I had the best sleep of my life away from home - maybe it’s the $700 sheets they use (I had to look them up they were so crisp and comfortable!). I had an amazing stay here! The hotel made my weekend trip great, and the staff was amazing. I also wanted to mention that Jermaine was outstanding. Every interaction interaction with him he was extremely professional and kind. More hotels should have staff like Jermaine. Overall I would definitely come back here with my family. I also wanted to mention that the Hotel car was really convenient and Clinton the driver was also amazing.
