Nice in the winter, but literally so hot in the summer on the top floors that it's uninhabitable, it was 120F, and the wiring is so ancient that it cannot run a quality air conditioner safely. The ventilation was so bad that during the fires I had to wear a gas mask in my own home. Also, there was black mold in the walls. Not safe for modern living.
C&R will not communicate with us regarding our lease renewal. We have no on-site manager and C&R will not call me or my partner back.
