I took my 2003 Ford Escape to Waldo Detail. When I went to pick it up the vinyl lining on 3 of my doors were either hanging on by a thread or they had taped them to the door. After having to bring this to their attention and having to contact them several times, they said they would fix it, but I’d have to pay for the detail. I told them that I didn’t think it was acceptable as they created this problem and it is not appropriate to pay for a service that damaged your car. They could do a better job of cleaning cars, since that's what their business is. Also, the place seems a bit on the shady side. I'll just leave it at that.

I called this morning for an interior detailing service and dropped my car off around 11am. It was done around 3pm! They were super flexible about me being a walk in client and did excellent work on my car... it looks better than brand new! The staff answered all my questions, were super friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. Will totally be using them again. Thank you Waldo Detail!
