Easy to make an appointment. Very friendly office staff and doctors. Back to my full activity pain-free now.
I left his office feeling confused and like I'd been hustled. I came in to have a sprained ankle looked at, and was told I had a minor fracture. No care instructions were given to me, and I was hurried off for cold laser treatments, the cost of which was barely mentioned. Before I had a chance to think, they had me in the chair. I brought up concerns about the cost, and the nurse left and came back and said I could do just half of the treatments he originally recommended. I can't attest to his skill as a doctor, however, when you make an appointment and have multiple insurances they'll verify what insurance/s you have but don't bother telling you if they don't accept one of them until after you're there, filled out the paper work, given your credit or bank card number and then you'll be informed. I also had apparently been given an appointment after they received my referral but wasn't told until I called and it just so happened to be the next day. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience for bunion surgery with Dr. Waldman & his whole office staff. The office runs very efficiently with a caring touch, I liked it was small & personal, answered all questions. Finance & administration was easy too. The surgery on my foot was precision & the experience at the outpatient center was so smooth, professional, caring. The healing process has been really good hardly any post-op pain. Excellent service, excellent work, excellent bed-side manner.
