Great place to live. They have everything you coud ever dream about. I love everything about it and the ladies in the office are so nice. I'm glad I'm renting from them. And the maintenance guys are so nice and respectful and responds in reasonable time. It's like one minute I'm on the phone with them . The next minute they're are knocking on my door to fix the problem. If you're looking to rent this is the place to be. Tell them Shanika Coles referred you. 🏘️
WATCH OUT FOR THE "HIDDEN FEES" PRESENTED AFTER YOU SIGN THE LEASE. I was there from May 31,2025 to July 13,2025. Moved in on Saturday May 31,2025 and on MONDAY I had a BALANCE of $1300+/-. Once ADDRESSED THE "balance" CONTINUED to CLIMB. ADDRESSED THE ISSUE TO NO AVAIL. AND TODAY, 9/14/25 THEY'VE sent Me 2 DIFFERENT amounts. Also charged Me for a 2BR, when I APPLIED FOR A 1BR, DEN.
