I've lived in this apartment for over two years, and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The layout is long and narrow, more like a shipping container than a home, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable—even in a two-bedroom unit. The upstairs unit flooded, damaging the ceiling in my daughter's room. Management's solution? Just painting over it. That was over eight months ago, and nothing else has been done. This is my warning with you all for those looking to move and score cheaper rent and/or are just moving to the area. I feel compelled to share because there’s been a recent influx of positive reviews on here which I am 100% positive are not authentic. When I moved to Lynchburg, the only option really left was Walden Pond Apartments. If you’re in this situation, I strongly encourage you to immediately look away.
