I stayed at Walden Pond while I was in relocation to Lynchburg. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very good to me. Maintenance resolved the issues I had the same day I reported them. They also kept the grounds neat and manicured very well. Although they are dated somwhat, the price you pay is very good for what you get. I would definitely recommend Walden Pond for your apartment living in Lynchburg.
Avoid this property!! This property is as bad as it gets. It’s old and staff is very unprofessional. The maintenance is slow and appliances are very very old. I had the most horrible experience with this property. My apartment caught fire on 10/20/2015. Although the Fire Marshal ruled it as an accident without a known cause, the HH Hunt management tried to evict me from the property, did not provide me with accommodation during transition period and also gave me hard time in retrieving my property.
