Muy acogedor está propiedad. Muy segura y sobre todo me siento contenta por el trato que he tenido aquí. Lo recomiendo a todos.
Es un exelente lugar para vivir. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Muy tranquilo las personas de la oficina son muy amables y te atienden de maravilla. Los problemas de mantenimiento se resuelven prácticamente al momento. Estoy muy feliz de formar parte de esta comunidad.
Zero security whatsoever. Management will tell you there is nothing that can be done despite having several cameras on property. Besides that expect having several nights disturbed by loud music & residents at the pool every time they close the office, since there is zero security it goes on until late. We believe previous reviews were faked by staff in order to keep 4 star rating.

Llevo viviendo en Walden alrededor de 6 años para mí eran los mejores apartamentos para vivir con excelente mantenimiento y excelente atención de parte del la antigua administración. Cosa que ya cambió con la nueva manager yo tenía rentado dos apartamentos entregué uno y cuál fue mi sorpresa que no quisieron devolver mi depósitos fuy a que me enseñaran las pruebas ya que estaba en todo mi derecho por firmar mi contrato correctamente y pagar mes a mes cumpliendo así mi parte cosa que nunca hicieron me siento bien decepcionada... read more
