Buyer Beware -- Unscrupulous Business Practices. Lost a diamond from a ring. Walden quoted between $300 & $400 to replace 1 diamond and through review of overall condition of ring. Received notice was finished. At pickup final cost was $500 with no contact or explanation as to price difference. Exactly 1 month later lost two diamonds from ring. Walden claimed it was unrelated to prior service. Walden indicating the integrity of the gold was compromised. Not sure how that happened within 1 month timeframe. Refused ... read more
