CapRock is Disorganized and uses Incompetent Sub-Contractors - We should have known better! We purchased a lot in a turnkey development designed for retirees. Before construction began, materials sat in the open for weeks during a very wet Summer and Fall. Only after repeated calls did the president agree that the material should be tarped off.
