URP is greedy and they don't answer their phones at Walden. Ever.
Overall, my stay here was very positive. It was just me and my four-year-old, and I always felt safe living in the community. Maintenance was quick to respond to requests, and the ladies at the front office were always helpful. My 2bd/2 bath unit was spacious, with fairly up-to-date appliances, and the area was generally quiet. The only issue I experienced living here was one night I accidentally left my car unlocked, and it seemed like someone or maybe a group of younger boys that lived in the area rummaged through it. I went to do a tour at this property & was helped by Al’ize! She was very knowledgeable, helpful, & so friendly. Made my family & I feel welcomed. It didn’t feel rushed & she wasn’t pushy. It was an amazing experience & she was the deciding factor in me choosing to do an application here.
