Alvin is the best maintenance guy ever! came to fix our issue promptly and efficiently!
My upstairs neighbors are loud all times of night every night! I’ve complained over and over and nothing has been done about this issue . Still having issues with the upstairs neighbors it’s after 11pm I’m so tired of this my complaint has went unheard by management nothing has changed at all sick of this!
Had a great time working with Holly and Ryan this morning at their Chick-fil-a grab and go event for the residents! Amazing, knowledgeable staff who really feel like a personable team. We always enjoy events here and especially when we get to spend our time with them in particular!
I'm not a resident yet but, I must say I'm grateful for the office staff, Bailey in particular for going above and beyond! His patience with me during this process is nothing less of admirable and kind. Alexis is also very nice and professional. This staff should lead classes/seminars on office staff work ethics.
