I'm not a resident yet but, I must say I'm grateful for the office staff, Bailey in particular for going above and beyond! His patience with me during this process is nothing less of admirable and kind. Alexis is also very nice and professional. This staff should lead classes/seminars on office staff work ethics. My upstairs neighbors are loud all times of night every night! I’ve complained over and over and nothing has been done about this issue .
I have lived at Walden for nearly 3 years. The property is in a great location. The property is well kept and if and when we have needed maintenance work done, they are always fast to correct the issue
I lived here for several months but ended up having to break my lease due to the weed smell and people being really loud and yelling all the time in my building. Management did their part but unfortunately some people just don’t change. I am giving them 3 stars because United (the management company) did not do anything to help. I missed several days of work because the weed smell triggered severe migraines, but United management did not do anything to help lower the cost of breaking the lease.
