Dr Nowak was very easy to talk to about everything going on with me and was helpful with my problems.Also his student doctor was very good,but sorry I forgot his name.
Rushed appointments, rude staff, and zero follow-through.If you have a complex or serious neurological condition, avoid this office. Dr. Nowak shows a complete lack of interest in investigating symptoms or following through on essential labs and tests. My appointments are always under 10 minutes long, and he often just walks out of the room, leaving me confused, in pain, and completely in a fog.The care from the support staff is just as poor. The nursing staff—specifically Brooke, RN—is incredibly rude. The entire team relie... read more
