I worked with my husband in our business in Mt. Hawley Court Shopping Center between our business opening in August 1992 until June 2019. The center was owned by Russ Waldschmidt a partner in Wald/Land Corporation and our rent checks were made to Mt. Hawley Court L.P. Very unprofessional. If you are thinking of using these jokers to rent out your buissness property, good luck.... We tried to rent a property and its like pulling teeth just to get a phone call or email back. I give up. 23 days with no comunication is unacceptable.
