Jenn is a real professional, and sweet heart to boot! Even though I have not had any type of waxing in a looooooong time I felt totally comfortable and in good hands (literally) w/ Jenn. Some how she made getting a Brazilian a breeze! So much less painful than I remember. She also did my brows and I feel so much more polished now.
