Doctors like this love to prescribe medication with out parental consent a Medical Board investigation is what is needed of this goofball drug dealer.
Loved one (minor) was kept past 72 hours hold with no notification. Numerous calls were made to Dr. McNeel for an explanation- there was none. Formal complaint was made, still no explanation. Lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Dr. McNeel spent little time discussing my actual eating disorder, and more time discussing the professions of my brothers and myself. Following discharge, he responded to a request for a call-back to discuss a misdiagnosis on my chart and, because I referred to myself by my professional name (as he did), rather than my first name, he called me back within seconds of ending the call, without realizing we had just spoken. I was not impressed with him in any way except his generally pleasant demeanor.
Honestly I think my visit was pretty good over all BHC Alhambra really does do there jobs better then most physciatric units, I respect the fact that most mental health workers at BHC is in fact down to earth and good at what they do which is keep patients safe and help us with emotional issues to sometimes they even put the extra ump in caring for us, anyways I look forward to seeing you sometime soon, in the next life or another. My respect to you Dr! ^_^
Our daughter is currently be seen by Dr. McNeel at the BHS in Rosemead, California. She was originally admitted on a 5150 for a 72 hour stay on 09-12 which was extended to today 09-29. we were told on 9-19 that she was to be discharged the next day 9-20. We are told know that our daughter's discharge has been moved to Thursday without explanation and this is causing my wife grief as one might imagine. While I have no data to review his treatment other than to say that our daughter seems quite c
Dr McNeel prescribes dangerous drugs very liberally. He gave me risperidone, even though he said I had PTSD. He also refused to release me from the hospital for days. Other doctors have called this treatment inadequate. He does not seem to have his patients we'll being in mind.
