Great staff and Dentist
Dr. Le and her staff are extremely professional yet maintain a friendly and comfortable environment. Dr. Le will spend as much time as needed to explain procedures and options. She believes in educating her patients so they can make the right decisions. As a long time patient, I highly recommend this practice.
The receptionist (Natalie?) worked with me to move my appointment from Thursday this week back to an open spot on Tuesday, which was appreciated. The teeth cleaning went well. Dr. Le always takes the time to answer questions and give thorough answers.
I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Dr. Jennifer Le and her staff on the excellent service they have provided to me. I appreciate the professionalism they have displayed while providing me with general dental care and fitting me for an oral appliance to assist me with my OSA ( Obstructive Sleep Apnea. ). I have seen comments disparaging Dr. Le and her staff for their dress, conduct and ethics. After my technician was done cleaning my teeth, I had quite a wait until Dr. Le was able to get in to see me.
Staff were warm and friendly. They made me feel welcome from the first contact. They were attentive and efficient. I liked Dr. Le's integrated approach to my treatment.
They are like visiting old friends
Dr.Le was exceptional ...caring,communicative and professional . Skilled and clinically experienced. I fully recommend this excellent Dental Practitioner.
