I lived at Wake Robin for 12 months in 2013-2014, and I have worked for Wake Robin's management company since 2012. I rented a 1 bedroom in a building with 3 other units, and I had good neighbors that never bothered me. I enjoyed living there. I always had somewhere to park near my building.
I have lived at Wake a Robin for 22 years! I recently asked for new carpeting after 22 years and Casondra the manager was very helpful and nice . And I will be getting my new carpet! It is getting much better at Wake Robin.
Lived here for 10 years, was a great place to live under old management, new management has raised rents without maintaining the common areas, I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and the basement is wet and possibly has mold, the carpets are so dirty, there is no way to clean them, they can't keep maintenance people, even they will not work under the conditions this management has created, never thought I would be living in the hood, never have before, and contrary to their phone message, there is not a pool, buyer beware

Great place, great people, and so many amenities. Did you know they have a sauna that seats 6, completely free to their residents.
