Management here sucks, maintenance sucks. My neighbor smokes weed in the hallway all the times and management doesn't care. I even reported it to the police but I don't see any sign of her stopping it anytime soon. The hallway and my apartment will be smelling like weed even my bedroom. I can't wait for my lease to expire. I rented the clubhouse at the Apartment's clubhouse and deposited a refundable caution fee of $200 and they won't give it back to me.
I wouldn't recommend any one to live here!!!! When I first moved here in 2014 the management was great but lately mantince sucks! Every time I need something fixed it takes forever to get it fixed. My refrigerator has went out five times and my A/C has been out for 18 days. I've been having issues with the A/C since july! Don't even bother calling the rental office because they don't answer the phone and the voicemail is always full and you can't leave a message. nice neighborhood, great staff. strategically located been here over two years like every bit of it so far.
It's Ok. Management are very friendly so far. Some of my mornings is filled with loud pitch screaming and banging, but that only comes from my neighbor downstairs, who are nice people turns out. But we turn the radio up so we won't have to hear the screaming and banging most of the neighbors I have encountered are very nice and polite. The other 2 neighbors in my building I really never know they are home. Never hear them but have met them. Very Nice people. No problems thus far. Have been here for 4 months.
