Dr. Flescher is an excellent doctor, best of the best, thorough, patient, kind, never feel like he is rushing you out. I have been going to him for 13 years
Had my husband there for a check of vertigo symptoms. They were quite thorough in their examination, prescribed the appropriate meds and therapy to address the issue. Everyone was pleasant, concerned and all went in an organized, timely manner.
I've been a patient of Dr. Flescher's for years. His knowledge, thoroughness and kindness make him an excellent physician. I appreciate the care I receive from him and the rest of the staff. I also am thankful for Rx Urgent Care being part of this practice, and keeping Dr. Flescher in the loop when I've been seen by them.
Doctor Bhavna Bhat is the worst doctor out there. Shes extremely disrespectful and unproffesional. I hope she is fired and soon! Me and my family will never be coming back to wake internal medicine
The staff was very professional and we were in and out as scheduled.
We started 9 years ago. At that time they seemed pretty good however the level of service has become awful. We have a serious issue going on and I have been trying to get medical records sent to a specialist for 3 weeks now. You have to request records by FAX and we have sent 2. The 2nd one we stayed on the line until they confirmed that they received it, still no documentation. I have had to call to ask if I need to get my attorney involved to get our documentation. This place was absolutely awful!! They have charged bogus lab fees and dr. Exams to my insurance which is left me paying out-of-pocket for a yearly checkup that is covered at 100%. I have called for 3 months and no one will return my phone calls. On top of that I was actually pregnant when I went in for my check up which they did not bother to do a pregnancy test with all the other testing that was so necessary and actually suggested that I go to an infertility doctor to top it off, my baby could have been severely affected ... read more
Everyone is wonderful at the Durant Rd office. Dr Meiers and Dr McDaniels have been great helps with my family. Cynthia is a wonderful nurse. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful with all the paperwork.
My first attempt at a visit was not good. Womens clinic is written on different suites so it's easy to get confused. I went to the wrong clinic and they told me I was probably scheduled at a different location . After clearing that up and a couple of trips up and down the stairs I went to the gastrointestinal clinic., which is the same clinic as the women's clinic. Finally I was in the right place but late.
